Another firing has taken place as fallout from UFC 113 last Saturday night. Jonathan Goulet has been released from the company following his defeat to Marcus Davis.

Goulet is the third fighter to be sent packing since the event. Paul Daley was fired after the event due to his sucker punch to Josh Koscheck after their bout. Daley received his termination papers today, but has already found new work. UFC President also told the media after the event that Kimbo Slice would be released from his contract as well. Slice lost an uninspiring fight to Matt Mitrione, and White felt Slice had gone as far as he could with the company.

Goulet (22-11) was almost submitted in the first round of his fight against Davis, before being knocked out in the second round. Goulet lost his last two fights in the UFC, including a loss to Mike Swick in Dec. 2008 at UFC: Fight for the Troops.
