Fighters Only is reporting that should Michael Bisping manage to defeat Yoshihiro Akiyama at UFC 120 then he would likely face Chael Sonnen in his next fight. Bisping has been trying to fight his way back into world title contention after being knocked out by Dan Henderson at UFC 100 and losing a close decision to Wanderlei Silva at UFC 110. Chael Sonnen would be looking to build on the momentum he has following a career best performance against world champion Anderson Silva and earn a quick rematch. Both fighters are charismatic trash talkers with Bisping having already criticised Sonnen for some of his comments prior to UFC 117. Fighters Only is also reporting that should Bisping lose at UFC 120 then he will face Patrick Cote.
