CHICAGO, Ill. (July 21, 2011) – The weigh-in for Bellator Fighting Championships’ Saturday evening event at Casino Rama will take place FRIDAY at 5:00 p.m. EST at Casino Rama as well. The event is open to the media and public, and will provide the opportunity to speak to every fighter on the card.
Headlining will be former lightweight Pat Curran vs. Ronnie “Kid Ninja” Mann and Brazilian striker Marlon Sandro vs. Nazareno “Naza” Malegarie as they compete in the Summer Series Featherweight Tournament Semifinals.
Also on the card will be Bellator Season 3 Heavyweight Tournament Finalist Neil “Goliath” Grove fighting against Minnesota native Zak Jensen and Ontario native and knockout artist Chris “The Polish Hammer” Horodecki vs. Chris “The So Cal Kid” Saunders.
The event will be emceed by Bellator cage announcer Michael C. Williams and Bellator color commentator Jimmy Smith.
