A NEW STANDARD
‘BRING IT ON’

It’s the little things, the
minute details that mesh
coherently, that make an
experience truly memora-
ble. The salty smell of the
ocean while kicked back
on a beach in the Pacific,
listening to the mesmeriz-
ing waves crashing against
the beach. The flickering
flames of a bonfire af-
ter a backyard barbecue,
marshmallows dripping
into the the fire coupled
with innocent giggles
from the young ones in
the family. The sound of
a body hitting the canvas
that gives ever so slightly
shortly after hard rocking
riffs and electronic beats
fly into full effect with the
commanding announce-
ment of the simple threat
“Bring It ON”
Adopted by the World Se-
ries of Fighting in 2015 as
their theme song, ‘Bring It
On’ was created by world
renowned electronic mu-
sic producer and DJ, Zard-
onic, after being called on
by Rocktagon Worldwide
CEO James Jeda with the
intent in mind to lend to
one of the most notorious
Mixed Martial Arts pro-
motions in the world.
The DJ who found him-
self on the roster of the
largest independent
Record Label in the
world, Entertain-
ment One (better
known as One Music),
teamed up with Combat
Sports Music vet Mikey
Rukus with one goal in
mind: create the new
standard in Combat
Sport theme songs.
Step by step and
one show to the
next, it seemed
to
become
a p p a r e n t
that
it
was cap-
t u r i n g
the at-
tention of
World Series of Fighting
(WSOF) competition.
Speaking with Zardonic on
the matter, he recalled an
interesting situation that
