On A Somber Day With Eve To Adam
Article By: Yeti
The music world will forever remember the
day that a journalist from a small town in
East Tennessee was able to have a long and
productive discussion with Taki Sassaris,
vocalist of Eve To Adam. They’ll remember
it as the day we lost yet another legend in
2016, but that’s just because people tend to
focus on the negative. What’s that you say?
You’ve never heard of Eve To Adam? Well
neither had I until I was given the interview.
See? This is why my job is better than yours.
My job description includes discovering and
sometimes interviewing awesome bands.
Jobs don’t get much better than that.
Now that I’ve finished gloating I guess I will
tell the uninitiated a bit about ETA. They are
a hard rock band from Queens, New York.
Along with being in a great rock band Taki,
his brother Alex (drums), and good friend
Avi Burn co-own a hot rod racing themed
bar in the East Village in NYC. So, I guess
jobs do get way better than mine. Also, Taki
was able to use “Mark Tremonti introduced
me to…” in a sentence. So, yeah that blew
me away a little bit. Anyway, the band has
been to Hell and back and has an impressive
tour history as well as some damn fine al-
bums. More on that later, but now here is a
portion of the conversation I had with Taki.
